Winvestment LLC operates the Christian Cash Home Buyers brand and messaging program. These SMS Terms govern optional text messages sent by or on behalf of Winvestment LLC to people who explicitly choose to receive them. Providing a mobile number alone does not enroll you in SMS.
Service and Conversational Messages
If you check the service SMS consent box, you authorize Winvestment LLC, through the Christian Cash Home Buyers brand, to send text messages about your property inquiry, requested cash offer, appointment scheduling, property access, questions needed to evaluate your property, and transaction-related updates. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
Promotional Messages
If you separately check the promotional SMS consent box, you authorize Winvestment LLC, through the Christian Cash Home Buyers brand, to send occasional marketing or educational messages related to home-selling information and our services. Promotional messages may be sent up to 4 times per month. Promotional consent is separate from service-message consent.
Consent Is Optional
You do not have to consent to text messages to submit a property, request an offer, talk with our team, or enter into a transaction. SMS checkboxes are optional and are not preselected.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan. Your carrier may impose its own charges.
STOP and HELP
Reply STOP to an eligible message to opt out of further messages from that messaging program. We may send one final confirmation that your opt-out was processed.

Privacy
Winvestment LLC does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional use. Delivery
Message delivery is subject to wireless-network availability and carrier systems. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the mobile number you provide.
Changes
Winvestment LLC may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The current version will remain publicly available at this URL.
